Musculo-skeletal screening - achieving & maintaining prevention

A full musculo-skeletal screening is like taking your car for an MOT.

A full screening enables us to identify your key areas for improvement. Different sports use different ranges of movement and muscle control. Often being good at a sport is about timing, rhythm and co-ordination, having good core stability is essential to assist your dynamic control and consistency, it can also help reduce the risk of injuries. Preparing yourself properly for your skiing holiday can significantly increase your enjoyment, and reduce your risk of injury.

Golf

Let us help you to get the most out of your golf. No two people are the same. Specific strengthening and conditioning exercises for golf will help you to improve your game. Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus would both have very different programs due to their age and style. The first step is to assess all your muscle groups, posture, joint ranges and any deviations from the normal. Golf is an asymmetrical sport, and in addition to this leaning forward over the ball causes the front of the body to get tight and the back to get weak.
