Runners' Screening Assessments

Specialist physiotherapist Rebecca Colledge offers comprehensive screening assessments. They are ideal for anyone thinking of starting to run and those already running but wanting to improve their technique or reduce the risk of injury.

Your initial appointment would include a thorough assessment including establishing your running goals & targets/assessment of your current injury and also a running strength and screening assessment.

You will be given an individual strength & conditioning program to address any identified deficits.  We would also incorporate the use of Muscle activations as part of your treatment and training.

A follow on assessment can be booked to do a treadmill based assessment of your running technique/form to provide you with simple and immediate advice on modifying your running style and training schedule.
