What is Men and Women’s Pelvic Health?
Pelvic Health is a an umbrella term used to describe a wide range of symptoms experienced by both men and women that involve a dysfunction of the pelvic floor or weakness of the pelvic floor muscles. Problems related to our pelvic floor can be hidden or misunderstood and people may be suffering in silence. In the UK, pelvic floor problems are experienced by 1 in 10 men, 1 in 5 women and 1 in 3 people over 50.
